Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Deliver files, reports, prescriptions, and documents between departments.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Ensure availability of stationery, pantry items, and office supplies.
Assist patients and visitors by guiding them to the appropriate departments.
Handle indoor and outdoor errands as assigned by management.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and hospital events.
Support hospital operations and perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
