Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹4,20,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities

• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, image alt tags, internal linking, and URL structure

• Execute off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building, guest blogging, and directory submissions

• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz

Content Optimization

• Collaborate with content writers and the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content

• Ensure all website and blog content aligns with SEO best practices

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting crawlability and indexability

• Work with developers to implement structured data, schema markup, and enhance site speed and mobile-friendliness

Performance Reporting

• Track SEO metrics and KPIs such as traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversions

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to enhance SEO strategy and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and ranking factors

• Proficient in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

• Awareness of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
