Job Title: FEMALE Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s as strategic as they are creative, someone
who can turn a brand’s vision into scroll-stopping, share-worthy content.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing 3–4 brand accounts at any given time, developing
growth strategies, and ensuring content is not just on-brand but drives engagement,
saves, shares, and organic growth. This role blends strategy, creativity, execution, and
trend-spotting, with a hands-on approach to content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
1. Develop monthly social media strategies tailored to each brand’s identity,
audience, and growth goals.
2. Create content strategies that encourage engagement, saves, and shares while
aligning with brand positioning.
3. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all assigned brands.
Content Creation & Coordination
1. Find and share creative references for the design team.
2. Write copy for creatives and captions for posts with brand voice in mind.
3. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality,
on-brand content.
4. Shoot face & faceless content, including product shots, lifestyle content, and
social-first videos.
5. Capture events and BTS footage for social media use.
6. Edit quick-turnaround content using tools (Reels, InShot, Canva, etc.).
Publishing & Community Management
1. Schedule and post content across social media platforms.
2. Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding in a
timely, brand-aligned manner.
Trend & Platform Management
1. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
2. Identify opportunities to leverage trends for brand growth without losing
authenticity.
Requirements
1. 2–4 years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred).
2. Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and growing brand presence
organically.
3. Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of different brand voices.
4. Skilled at content creation, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
5. Proficient in quick video editing tools (Instagram Edit, InShot, Canva, etc.).
6. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
7. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant
platforms.
8. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Photography & videography skills beyond basic content shooting.
2. Basic knowledge of paid social media ads.
3. Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
