Key Responsibilities:
· Business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and incentives.
· Lead generation through digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry portals, website inquiries) and offline sources (industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, networking).
· Engage with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and decision-makers to understand project requirements.
· Present consultancy proposals and coordinate with internal teams for closures.
· Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and support pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
· Experience in B2B consulting / industrial services sales preferred.
· Awareness of MIDC, statutory approvals, project finance, and government incentives is an advantage.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
