· Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Identify potential clients through online research, calls, networking, and cold outreach.
· Use platforms like LinkedIn, Justdial, or CRM databases to build pipelines.
· Client Interaction
· Contact leads via email, phone, or in-person meetings to pitch company services or products.
· Schedule appointments and product demos for qualified leads.
· Sales & Conversion
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
· Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
· Follow up for renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
· Market Research
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
· Provide feedback to internal teams for product/service improvements.
· Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
· Prepare sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.
· Cross-Team Coordination
· Work with the marketing and operations teams to support campaign execution and service delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
