Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our business. The role includes handling billing, purchase entries, expense tracking, GST-related work, vendor payments, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments

• Prepare invoices, quotations support, and billing records

• Maintain purchase and vendor payment records

• Track receivables and payables and follow up where needed

• Handle GST data preparation and coordinate with the tax consultant or CA

• Reconcile bank statements, cash records, and ledger balances

• Maintain stock-related accounting records where applicable

• Prepare basic financial reports such as monthly sales, expense summaries, and outstanding statements

• Organize and maintain accounting documents, bills, and vouchers

• Support management with accurate financial information for decision-making

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years of accounting experience

• Experience in Tally, Excel, and basic GST compliance work preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, building materials, interiors, or project-based businesses is a plus

• Good understanding of invoicing, purchase entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Honest, organized, and dependable

• Basic communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred

Compensation Structure

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 per month

• If Ready for calling on leads will get intensives on traget sales

• Salary depends on experience, software knowledge, and ability to handle independent accounting work
