Job Summary:

The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work for maintenance, repair, and construction projects within the campus. The role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work as per requirements.

• Repair and maintain metal structures, equipment, and furniture.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.

• Operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.

• Inspect finished work to ensure strong and clean welds.

• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

• Follow all safety regulations and use appropriate protective equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in welding and fabrication work.

• Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas).

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

• Strong focus on safety, precision, and quality.

Maintenance Supervisor / Facility In-charge
