Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot network-related issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity problems.
Manage and support IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure system security by implementing necessary updates and patches.
Assist in user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, repairs, and support services.
Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related best practices.
Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments as needed.
Participate in IT projects and contribute to system improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
