Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor to guide and assist students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing course information, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, and fee structure.
Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update student records and lead data.
Conduct career counseling sessions for students and parents.
Achieve admission targets as assigned by the management.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative team for smooth admission processes.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counseling and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.
