Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Production Executive in food ingredients manufacturing to join our team in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring product quality standards are met, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Production:

• Monitor and manage daily production operations.

• Ensure achievement of production targets within quality and timeline parameters.

• Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns or preventive care.

• Manage manpower and optimize resource utilization on the shop floor.

• Prepare production reports and maintain production records.

✅ Quality Assurance & Control:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures at all stages of production.

• Maintain documentation related to ISO/GMP/other quality certifications.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

• Coordinate with suppliers for incoming material quality concerns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of production processes and quality control systems.

• Hands-on knowledge of tools like 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and team management abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and production reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant field.

• 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related roles.

Work Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• Shift-based or General Shift (based on company schedule)
