Store Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory control, Tally ERP, and MIS report generation. A good understanding of material movement within a production environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams for smooth store operations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock status, consumption, and variances.

• Carry out GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue, and stock reconciliation in Tally ERP.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.

• Maintain proper labeling and storage of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

• Handle scrap and rejection material as per SOP.

• Maintain FIFO/LIFO inventory practices as applicable.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and store management protocols.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (Inventory & Accounting Modules)

• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Good understanding of store processes in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setup

• Basic knowledge of GST and material documentation preferred
