Operate multi-head machine as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set machine parameters such as speed, program, thread/material settings (as applicable).
Load and unload material/products on the machine.
Start, stop, and adjust operations during the production cycle.
Inspect raw materials before starting the process.
Monitor the production quality throughout the shift.
Identify defects such as misalignment, breakage, incorrect stitching/cutting/printing (industry-specific).
Ensure finished products meet the company's quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor issues such as thread breakage, jamming, alignment errors, etc.
Report major mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance immediately.
Record downtime and breakdowns in the logbook.
