• Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure they

meet quality standards.

• Identify defects, document findings, and communicate with the production

team for corrective actions.

• Ensure quality checks are conducted as per company guidelines and

regulatory standards.

• Ensure that all production and quality processes follow company policies

and industry standards.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems

(QMS) such as ISO 9001.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control

procedures.

• Analyze product defects and identify the root causes of quality issues.

• Work closely with the production team to resolve recurring quality concerns.

• Recommend improvements to reduce defects, wastage, and rework.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.

• Assist in preparing audit documentation for regulatory compliance.

• Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports on quality performance.

• Work closely with production, maintenance, and purchase teams to maintain

consistent quality.

• Train production staff on quality requirements, inspection techniques, and

process improvements.

• Assist in addressing customer quality complaints and provide solutions.

• Inspect and verify supplier materials before production.

• Assist in the development of new products by ensuring quality standards are

met.

• Support in conducting internal quality audits.
