Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Argon Welder (TIG Welder) to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for precision welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG (Argon) welding on metal components as per drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

• Prepare and set up welding equipment and parts as per the job requirement.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure strong and clean welds.

• Perform finishing operations such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning of welds.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the welding area.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Welding or relevant technical field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Argon/TIG welding.

• Good understanding of metallurgy and welding techniques.

• Ability to handle welding tools, jigs, and fixtures.

• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE compliance.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in stainless steel fabrication (kitchen equipment, furniture, etc.).

• Ability to operate additional fabrication machinery like grinders or cutters.
