In 2014, Maxima Solutions existed from this exclusive Co-packaging arrangement with Hindustan Unilever.

In 2013 Maxima Solutions started its manufacturing operations at Asangaon, District Thane, Maharashtra and in 2015 at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. Both these units service to Multi Clients with Multiple Products.

The versatility of services and products clubbed with flexibility in MOQ’s (Minimum Order Quantities) makes Maxima Solutions unique and a preferred manufacturer for any Multi National Company, Indian Giant or Start-Ups that wishes to enter the Indian market.

We are having openings in various department at Bhiwandi factory.

We are having openings for Production Supervisor at Bhiwandi factory.

Will Reports to Production Manager / Factory Manager.

Key Deliverables: 

• To run all production lines smoothly

• To ensure all SOP’s follow while production activities

• To ensure GMP and various policies are followed

• Supervision during production

• To keep all production documentation part online

• Discipline and ind. peace to be maintain and build up at factory.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Maintain BMR, BPR and other documents online

·       Production line set up as per day wise plan shared by HOD

·       Responsible to maintain cleaning in production department including manufacturing and packing and other.

·       To handle manpower and supervise the to increase the output.

·       To utilize man and machine at optimum level

·       Maintain consumables stock and update to HOD as per requirement.

·       Set machine parameters check and verify as per requirement during production activities

·       To monitor and implement GMP.

·       To give requisitions stores and take material as per requirement.

·       To intimate concern persons regarding machine breakdowns

·       To Keep all material rejection data, Minimise Rejection and increase yield of product

·       To give training to workers for better knowledge of their work

·       Daily reporting to HOD.           

·       Inhouse label and packing slips printing as per requirement 

Knowledge

·       Must have knowledge and experience of manpower handling

·       Must have knowledge of MS office.

·       Must have knowledge of GDP.

·       Must have knowledge of SAP and Busy.

Skills

·       Time management & Planning skills

·       Good communications and reporting skills

Abilities

·       Ability to understand the production planning and strategies.

·       Ability to build up team for better performance.

Expected years of experience:

·       Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience as a production supervisor.

Educational Qualification

·       Graduation in B.sc (Chemistry)

Salary:

·       Rs.20,000/- pm to 25,000/- pm (PF, ESIC, Insurance etc.)
