Quality Control Engineer

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support the quality assurance and quality control functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring all processes comply with internal standards and industry regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality compliance 

• Prepare and maintain inspection records and quality reports 

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues 

• Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions 

• Maintain and update documentation related to quality control procedures 

• Support internal and external audit processes 

• Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality standards 

Skills & Qualifications: 

•  Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment 

• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies 

• Good communication and documentation skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and QA documentation practices 

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
