We are currently hiring for the position of Dispatch Executive for one of our esteemed clients located in Bhiwandi.

Position Title: Dispatch Executive (1 Year Renewable Contract) 

Experience: 1+ Years 
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred in Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce) 
Location: Bhiwandi 
Employment Type: Full-Time 

Job Brief: 

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods from the warehouse to various locations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of logistics operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer and internal requirements 

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for timely deliveries 

• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport records. 

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery 

• Liaise with transporters and handle vehicle allocation 

• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies 

• Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations 

• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain Management) 

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics operations 

• Good communication and coordination skills 

• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems 

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask 

• Familiarity with transport documentation and dispatch procedures
