Project Coordinator

• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, and installation) to ensure project timelines are met

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

• Prepare project documentation, timelines, and reports

• Communicate with vendors and clients for project requirements

• Ensure materials and manpower are available as per project plan

• Identify and resolve any delays or issues in the project cycle

• Maintain records of project deliverables and site completion reports
  Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of LED display manufacturing processes is a plus

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
