Key Responsibilities

• Source and select reliable suppliers
• Negotiate prices and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and track material delivery
• Maintain stock records and vendor data
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials
• Monitor market rates and supplier performance
• Maintain proper documentation and reports
• Regular visit to suppliers’ offices and works
