Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Operator to join our team in a fast-paced distribution and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage invoices using Tally / Excel / billing software
Handle sales and purchase entries accurately
Maintain records of stock, dispatch, and billing
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams
Manage email communication with clients and vendors

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, or any billing software
Basic understanding of sales, purchase, and supply chain processes
Good communication skills (verbal & email)
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Prior experience in distribution or FMCG/pharma is a plus
