Packing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing operations to ensure timely completion of production schedules.

• Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide on-the-job guidance and training.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Monitor packaging material usage and minimize wastage.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct routine inspections of packing lines, equipment, and workstations.

• Maintain records of output, labor hours, and productivity metrics.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance reporting.

• Address operational issues promptly and escalate where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
