Job Title: Production & Floor Supervisor

Location: Indore
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Graduation
Salary: Upto 20k

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production & Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage shop floor activities, and handle dispatch coordination. The candidate must ensure smooth workflow, timely production, and proper material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on the floor.
Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of finished goods.
Prepare dispatch documentation (challan, invoice coordination, etc.).
Ensure proper packing and labeling before dispatch.
Maintain production and dispatch records.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure safety and cleanliness on the production floor.
Report daily production and dispatch status to management.
