Job Description

Position: Import Export Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, BOE, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth shipment movement
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and duty-related processes
Verify all documents to avoid errors, delays, or penalties
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documentation
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery
Handle communication with overseas clients and vendors
Monitor logistics costs and optimize shipping processes

Skills Required:

Knowledge of import-export procedures and documentation
Understanding of customs regulations and compliance
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
