Job Description
Position: Export & Accounts Documentation Executive
Location: Sanwer Road, Indore
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for smooth shipment processing
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation
Handle invoicing, billing, and basic accounting entries related to export orders
Reconcile export payments and follow up on pending receivables
Assist in GST, shipping, and other statutory documentation related to exports
Verify and cross-check documents to avoid discrepancies or delays
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, dispatch) for timely execution
Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) for audit and reference purposes
Skills Required:
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
Basic accounting and GST understanding
Attention to detail and good coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling
