CNC Machine Operator

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.) according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Load raw materials, tools, and fixtures into machines.

• Adjust machine settings and input CNC programs as per requirements.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production within defined tolerances.

• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on CNC machines.

• Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and job records.

• Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or quality issues.

• Follow workplace safety rules and use proper PPE at all times.

• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality inspectors to improve efficiency and accuracy.
