Job Title: Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through various welding techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Perform welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
Cut, grind, and prepare metal components before welding
Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards
Operate welding equipment and maintain tools properly
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors on projects

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
Knowledge of welding tools and procedures
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Physical stamina and strength
Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage
ITI certification or equivalent (preferred)

Skills:

MIG / TIG / Arc welding

Working Conditions:

Exposure to heat, sparks, and heavy equipment
