Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage recovery proceedings under SARFAESI Act, DRT, and other applicable laws.

• Draft and issue notices (13(2), 13(4) under SARFAESI) and take appropriate legal action for enforcement of security interests.

• Represent the organization before legal forums, tribunals, and courts.

• Coordinate with empaneled lawyers, law enforcement agencies, and internal departments.

• Conduct due diligence, legal vetting, and support in documentation for legal proceedings.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate legal records and prepare reports as required by management or regulators.

• Act as the designated Authorised Officer under SARFAESI and other applicable laws.

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 5 - 6 years of experience.
