ऑफिस बॉय के प्रमुख काम (Key Responsibilities):साफ-सफाई (Cleaning): ऑफिस के डेस्क, फाइलें, और ऑफिस को साफ-सुथरा रखना।पान-पान (Refreshments): कर्मचारियों और विजिटर्स को चाय, कॉफी या पानी सर्व करना।साफ-सफाई (Cleaning): ऑफिस के डेस्क, फाइलें, और ऑफिस को साफ-सुथरा रखना।पान-पान (Refreshments): कर्मचारियों और विजिटर्स को चाय, कॉफी या पानी सर्व करना।दस्तावेज़ प्रबंधन (Documentation): फाइलों, दस्तावेजों को एक जगह से दूसरी जगह ले जाना, फोटोकॉपी (Xerox) करना, स्कैनिंग, और प्रिंटिंग करना।बाहरी काम (Errands): बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस या ऑफिस से संबंधित अन्य जरूरी सामान लाने के लिए बाहर जाना।सप्लाई का ध्यान (Inventory): स्टेशनरी, चाय, पानी के केन और अन्य ऑफिस की जरूरतों को समय पर मंगाना और व्यवस्थित करना।मीटिंग की तैयारी (Setup): मीटिंग रूम को तैयार करना, कुर्सी, पानी आदि की व्यवस्था करना।कंप्यूटर/मशीन का बेिक ज्ञान: जरूरी होने पर कंप्यूटर को चालू/बंद करना, प्रिंटर, स्कैनर या फैक्स मशीन का उपयोग करना।
