•Job Description•
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance client
retention and growth.
Acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling and marketing
initiatives.
Advise clients on investment options such as equities,
derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, margin trade funding and Loan against
Shares based on their risk profile.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates and other
documentation.
Stay updated with market trends, stock movements and investment
strategies to provide accurate advice.
Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and service related
issues.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, revenue generation
and cross-selling financial products.
Coordinate with internal teams for trade execution, back-office
processing and compliance.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at Recex Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
