Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area
Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
Drive sourcing of new business (Loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
Monitor team performance and provide regular training, guidance, and motivation
Ensure proper KYC and credit documentation as per company policies
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams for smooth processing
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency
Prepare and present regular MIS reports to senior management
