Job Title: Equity Dealer

Experience: 1–6 Years

Education: NISM Certified (Series VIII – Cash & Derivatives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily morning strategy meetings to stay informed on market developments.

• Advise clients on their equity portfolios and help generate brokerage revenue.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement.

• Stay updated with market trends and news to guide clients effectively.

• Ensure all activities adhere to company compliance and risk management policies.

• Monitor clients’ positions and make regular follow-up calls as per their profile and preferences.

• Accurately execute client orders and maintain high standards of service.

• Communicate technical and fundamental research calls to clients.

• Conduct periodic portfolio review meetings with clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Equity and Capital Markets.

• Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds and Derivatives.

• Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.

• Proficiency in trading platforms and order execution systems.

• Valid NISM Certification (Series VIII) is mandatory.

• Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven with a passion for financial markets.
