Technical Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the product catalogue with accurate and comprehensive product information.

• Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, specifications, and images.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability across the marketplace platform.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions via email and phone.

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams via email.

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Ensure data integrity and prevent errors in documentation.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in catalogue management, product data management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of cataloguing best practices and data management principles.

• Proficiency in catalogue management software and tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
