• Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP / PL / JLG products.

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market surveys to generate leads.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.

• Complete KYC, documentation, and customer onboarding processes.

• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.

• Ensure portfolio quality and reduce delinquencies.
