About the Role:

The Warehouse Executive will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch, and data entry. The ideal candidate will be organized, physically fit, and proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Receive, store, and dispatch goods accurately and on time

·       Maintain up-to-date inventory records using Excel or inventory software

·       Perform regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations

·       Accurately handle data entry related to incoming and outgoing goods

·       Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for dispatch

·       Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards in the warehouse

·       Coordinate with logistics and delivery personnel for timely dispatches

·       Report any stock damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly

Candidate Requirements:

·       1–2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations

·       Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry tasks

·       Familiarity with inventory software will be an added advantage

·       Physically fit and capable of manual handling work

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Good communication and coordination abilities

·       Male candidates are preferred
