Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Captain to lead the service team on the floor. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and skilled in managing guest interactions, ensuring smooth service operations, and training junior staff to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests while ensuring exceptional service standards.

• Take orders accurately and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar.

• Supervise and guide the service team during operations.

• Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism.

• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

• Train and motivate staff to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.

• Monitor inventory of service-related items and coordinate with management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Captain/Head Waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service, wines, and pairings.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Professional grooming and a customer-first approach.

• Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
