Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor kitchen and service areas for efficiency and cleanliness
Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely service
Manage opening and closing procedures
Team Management
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff (cashiers, cooks, service staff)
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Motivate staff to meet service and cleanliness standards
Handle staff issues, complaints, and shift changes
Customer Service
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Train staff on customer service standards
Inventory and Cost Control
Manage stock levels of raw materials and supplies
Reduce food wastage and ensure cost-effective operations
Coordinate with vendors for procurement
Sales & Financial Reporting
Track daily sales and maintain records
Prepare sales and expense reports
Implement strategies to increase footfall and sales
Compliance & Hygiene

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in food service or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office
