we are looking for telesales executive As a Telesales Executive , your primary role is to drive sales and generate revenue for the company by promoting and selling its products/services (such as vehicle sales or related financial/tech products) over the phone. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication and persuasion skills. Key ResponsibilitiesConducting Calls: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided leads.Sales & Persuasion: Engaging with potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and using persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales and close deals.Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Understanding Needs: Actively listening to customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or services.Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management software)Handling Inquiries and Objections: Addressing customer queries, handling objections professionally, and resolving issues promptly, potentially by liaising with other departments like customer support.Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Turno's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
