We are hiring: Telecaller – Radhey (Authorized Partner, Vodafone Idea Ltd.)
Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to existing Vodafone Idea customers using company-provided numbers.• Inform customers about their current tariff plan and usage.• Recommend cost-effective plans, add-ons, and best-value upgrades as per customer needs.• Promote and suggest Port-In options for customers using other operators.• Once a customer agrees, collect the required details accurately and assign the lead to the field executive for completion.• Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers until the lead is successfully closed.• Deliver sales performance—higher sales will provide higher incentives (earning potential up to approx. ₹7,000 per month in incentives).
