We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential homebuyers, explaining project details, and generating qualified leads that convert into site visits and sales.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in real estate projects.
Explain project features, pricing, and location benefits clearly and confidently.
Maintain and update leads in CRM systems on a daily basis.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
Follow up consistently with leads to ensure conversion and meet sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead flow and conversions.
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales or inside sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English proficiency preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work towards targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
