Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development Intern / Trainee, you will work closely with senior sales executives to support client acquisition and relationship management.
This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while developing essential communication and business skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales executives in lead generation, prospect identification, and client follow-ups.

• Make cold calls and handle initial customer inquiries with professionalism.

• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation for clients.

• Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to address client needs.

• Learn to analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

• Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
