We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industrial product sales, preferably FIBC Bags, Agro, or Chemical trading. The role involves developing new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Negotiate prices and finalize deals with customers as per company norms.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (FIBC / Agro / Chemical sector preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
