Role Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from the leads provided.

• Understand their business challenges and schedule software demos.

• Deliver simple, clear, and compelling product demonstrations.

• Address customer queries and explain the time-saving benefits of Suvit.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance rewards.

• Adhere to our structured sales process (SOP).

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers post-sale.

Key Skills Required:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable engaging with customers over phone and video calls.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both required).

• Self-motivated and target-driven (with full support from our team!).

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate from a recognized university.

• Freshers with MBA or M.Com backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
