Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Breaks: 2 Tea/Coffee Breaks + 1 Lunch Break

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

### Job Summary

Pro Events Academy is seeking a motivated and confident Tele Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. You will connect with potential students, explain our courses and services, and guide them towards enrollment. This role plays a key part in boosting student admissions while maintaining a positive image of the institute.

### Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads (no cold calling).

• Clearly explain the institute’s courses, programs, schedules, and benefits.

• Persuade and convince interested candidates to enroll in our programs.

• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, lead status, and feedback.

• Meet or exceed monthly targets for admissions and call volume.

• Answer inquiries related to courses, fees, and schedules.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with students.

• Share feedback with management to improve outreach strategies.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all communications.

### Requirements

• Experience in telesales/telecalling preferred (freshers can apply).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in •Marathi/Hindi•• (English is a plus).

• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Team player with a passion for education.
