To assemble, inspect, test, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in EV charger systems, ensuring quality and functionality as per company standards and specifications.
Perform soldering, component mounting, and PCB assembly as per circuit design.
Conduct visual inspection and quality testing of PCBs to detect defects or faults.
Work with engineers to support prototype development and new PCB designs.
Troubleshoot and repair defective boards or components.
Maintain ESD safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of electronic components.
Use testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
Ensure proper documentation of test results and repair logs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in PCB manufacturing and testing.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in PCB assembly, testing, and repair (preferably in EV or electronics manufacturing).
Knowledge of SMT and through-hole soldering techniques.
Understanding of circuit diagrams and electronic components.
Familiarity with IPC standards will be an advantage.
