Job Summary:

Shikhar Group is looking for a disciplined and highly responsible Security Guard, preferably a retired Army or Military professional, to oversee overall safety and security operations at a residential and corporate level. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with managing surveillance systems, security staff, and all household security activities with utmost integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all CCTV camera systems and ensure proper surveillance coverage.

• Take full responsibility for residential and office security operations.

• Supervise and manage the security staff and guards on duty.

• Oversee staff discipline and maintain proper records of daily movements.

• Ensure the safety and protection of property, residents, and staff.

• Handle and coordinate all household movements and logistics.

• Act swiftly and efficiently in case of any emergency or breach of security.

• Maintain logs and reports as per standard operating procedures.

• Mandatory: Retired personnel from Army / Military / Defense background.

• Proven experience in managing residential or corporate security preferred.

• Strong leadership, discipline, and management skills.

• Familiarity with security equipment and monitoring systems.
