We are seeking a responsible and physically fit Bouncer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and guests. The Bouncer will be responsible for maintaining order, preventing unauthorized access, and managing any disturbances in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entry and exit points of the venue.

Verify IDs and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.

Maintain crowd control and manage queues effectively.

Remove individuals causing disturbances or posing threats.

Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies.

Cooperate with local law enforcement if necessary.

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a visible security presence.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bouncer or Security Guard is preferred.

Strong physical presence and good physical condition.

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally.

Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response.
