Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

• Present and promote PRK Technologies’ products and services confidently and clearly.

• Understand client requirements, provide relevant information, and build positive relationships.

• Maintain records of daily calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling client meetings and closing deals.

• Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring a smooth communication experience.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduates/Under Graduates

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Freshers can also apply).

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (in English & Hindi).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).

  • Goal-oriented attitude with good listening and negotiation abilities.

  • Positive, energetic, and professional approach to client interaction.
