We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Executives and Telecallers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining product/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer trends or issues.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet with clients to present and promote products/services.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet assigned targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English/Hindi/regional language as required).
Persuasive, energetic, and confident personality.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Prior experience in sales or telecalling preferred, but freshers are welcome.
