We are looking for Sales Manager to join our team at Vivedaa, a premium skincare brand. The role involves driving zonal sales, expanding distribution, identifying new business opportunities, and executing Go-To-Market strategies. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, target-driven, and experienced in handling field sales operations.
Identify new clients, distributors, and retail partners to grow sales.
Present and promote Vivedaa products across multiple channels.
Maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business.
Lead field teams and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
Minimum 8+ years of FMCG/Beauty sales experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven record of achieving targets and executing GTM strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced field role (9 AM–7 PM).
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + incentives.
