Position: Sales Manager

Vijeta Vegan Ghee is a fast-growing plant-based food brand committed to bringing healthier and sustainable alternatives to traditional dairy products. Our mission is to make vegan ghee a household staple across India, from rural markets to modern urban consumers.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (FMCG background) who can establish and grow our distribution network, drive retail presence, and ensure sustainable revenue growth. The candidate should have strong exposure in FMCG food/beverage sales, preferably in edible oils, dairy, or packaged foods.
Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Appoint, manage, and expand distributor and retailer networks (kirana stores, wholesalers, modern trade, e-commerce).
Lead and mentor sales executives & field staff.
Build strong relationships with stockists, distributors, and institutional clients.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.
Plan & oversee promotional activities, sampling campaigns, and in-market activations.
Coordinate closely with Marketing & Operations teams for seamless execution.
Regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting.
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
5–8 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (edible oils, dairy, packaged food experience is a plus).
Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge (especially Rajasthan/Western India).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
